The Emilia is a brand new design from Enchanted Homes. We were looking for a way to add a wrapping porch while keeping a tight base. With both an open floorplan, island, and plenty of outdoor living space, the Emilia is quaint and optimal for your square footage. A mudroom separates the kitchen from the garages. All living space is designed around one large loft that can be utilized in countless ways.
