The newly built Enchanted design center is loaded with hundreds of trending color options and details. Our team updates available selections daily and is familiar with upward industry trends. Whether you are a first-time home buyer, or on your forever home, the design center offers personalization to accommodate any style aesthetic.
Enchanted is proud to offer the most dynamic and comprehensive Design Centers in the Upstate.
Our Design Coordinator patiently walks each homebuyer through the available range of selections for his home. The selections are based on the standards of your chosen home and subdivision series. (Custom and Series 6 homes will have slightly different consultations with our design team.)
You will have an opportunity to review and discuss optional upgrades. She will guide you through the design center displays and help you narrow in on your personal design style. Our goal is to help you leave confident of your choices and excited about what comes next!
The Design Center Process
The week you go under contract, you will be contacted to set up a private colors appointment to make interior and exterior choices. Many buyers choose to make upgrades at this appointment to achieve their desired look. Here is a simple list of items you may wish to be prepared to choose from the following.
