On July 27, 2022, Enchanted Homes was awarded the 2022 Builder Quality of Integrity Award from Quality Builders Warranty Corporation. The award is offered every 2 years to the cooperating builders with under 3% warranty claims per total sold homes. Enchanted did not near the 3% maximum with a total of 0.44% of homes resulting in a warranty claim.

Enchanted Homes is pleased to share this news after a several-year transition period of process adjustments, employee expansion, and placing maximum effort and focus toward the goal of 100% customer satisfaction. 

Aaron Aho, President, hired Jesse Crawford, Warranty Manager, in 2021 to manage Enchanted’s warranty calls and proactively manage continued warranty requests via in-person visits and on-site assistance to homeowners. Warranty Specialists Makenna Horton and Abigail Sturgill joined team in 2022 to assist homeowners in entering claims, communicate with Quality Builders Warranty Corporation, and manage requests. Together, our warranty department maintains communication with contractors, timeline management, customer satisfaction, and excellence. Enchanted Homes strives and succeeds in going above and beyond for our homeowners.

Quality Builders Warranty Corporation is a well-renowned veteran in the home warranty space offering 35 years of experience. They are the nation’s most exclusive provider of 10-year new home warranties and partner with home builders across the nation. QBW’s cooperating builders, including Enchanted Homes, have been heavily vetted and screened using the industry’s strictest set of standards. Half of builder applicants are denied membership for the QBW program annually. Enchanted Homes was accepted and began collaboration with QBW in 2019.

Additionally, QBW is the only warranty program backed by a nationally licensed insurance company, Liberty Mutual. The support from Liberty Mutual offers Enchanted Homes homeowners an average savings of $782 per year. Every home purchased from Enchanted Homes includes a 10-year structural warranty through QBW. Finally, the QBW warranty is fully transferrable for 10 years, providing peace of mind and resale value for our homeowners.
